My wife ran over a torn tire piece and it knocked off this panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This looks like a simple install. Will have to research what type of adhesive is being used.

Probably part of the wheelhouse liner take a look here - https://lexus.oempartsonline.com/c/a...x350&year=2023 you should be able to figure out the part and the part number from there to begin your search if u don't want to pay Lexus for parts.
