Was looking at my engine bay and I see on of my restivores have no cooltant which I think it takes im I need of help badly to know what this is and what it takes. Also the hose is disconnected as u can see on photo need help badlt

 

Post is unclear as to what year and model Lexus is involved but here is the Coolant
requirements as listed in the Owner's Manual for a 2022 RX 350:

Use either of the following:
 “Toyota Super Long Life Coolant”
 Similar high-quality ethylene glycol-based non-silicate, non-amine, non-nitrite, and non-borate coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology
Do not use plain water alone.

 

get OEM Toyota Super Long Life Coolant and nothing else

 

That's just the expansion tank. Fill with Super Long Life coolant (PINK not blue) to the Full line. The hose you show is not disconnected, it's an overflow valve in case the tank is overfilled.

That container is not supposed to be filled all the way to the top, if that's what you were thinking.
