Hi,
I am a new owner of a 2025 RX450h+. I installed a level 2 charger this past weekend and I plugged the car in and it starting charging just as it should have.

I got in the car to look around the settings and see the charging plus familiarize myself with all the features/settings/etc. A message came on screen asking if I wanted to use climate control and something else so I selected no the 1st time. After a few moments the radio went off and it seems like I had to restart the car.
The message came on again and this time I said yes to the climate control/etc. The radio stayed on and I messed around with the settings and then I was ready to get out of the car. Pushing the on/off button did not do anything. All the headlights etc were on and stayed on for a long time. I finally had to pull the charger and then the car responded to my inputs. I cannot find info in trying to search out what is happening here.

I thought the lights might stay on the 20 minutes like if you had the door open for too long and that is another setting I am looking to adjust.

Not sure this narrative makes complete sense of what occurred as I am relying on my memory from what occurred last Sunday and that is never a good plan

I have the same vehicle you do, and can’t explain what happened to you, but it doesn’t surprise me. I’ll be watching if someone chimes in here.
