I have a 2024 Lexus RX350 Premium+. I have noticed recently sounds coming from the dashboard, in multiple spots, and sometimes on the driver's door panel. I was wanting to see if anyone has had the same experience and what type of fix there might be. I have used some foam adhesive for the glovebox and for the small storage on the driver's side under the gas tank and trunk release buttons.
I am mainly hearing it when I hit small bumps on the road, and I cannot focus on anything else but those noises now. I know it could be the plastic materials possibly touching or bumping into each other, but really hoping there is a solution. Has anyone removed their dashboard? What about removing the door panel for attempting to use things to wrap around wires, etc...
Any help and advise would be great! Sounds seem to be coming from this area near the vent and seat memory buttons. Sounds seems to come from around the bottom of the screen where it meets the leather. Sounds seem to come around the stitching area.
Yes, my RX500h rattles all over the place. It's been to the dealer at least 7 times. Each time they keep it a few days and claim they fixed it. Unfortunately, they do not actually fix it.
Mechanically, the RX is a fine vehicle. But the quality/fit/finish of the engineering and build are abysmal. If you care about such things, then this is not a good vehicle to purchase. I made a big mistake buying mine. If you're deaf or don't care about rattles then it'll probably last forever.
My 24 RX is super quiet, no rattles at all, & I'm easily irritated by rattles. Not sure what happened to the above cars, but mine is definitely not like that at all.
My RX350 is extremely quiet - zero squeaks or rattles. I super conscious of those as well. It is by far the quietest vehicle I have owned, or ridden in. It is unfortunate that some units are having problems.

I bought a 2023 model lexus rx500. I have been hearing noises from my dashboard for a few weeks. At first I ignored it but now it has become an obsession. I hear noise from the tweeter cover and dashboard on bad roads. I saw that you are also experiencing this problem. Has anyone solved this problem? I am writing to you from Türkiye.
Everything I touch creaks.
When music is playing, the door panels rattle.
While driving over uneven surfaces, it sounds like a needle tip or a small stone hitting the window.
My garage/technician was supposed to fix the rattling. Now I have even more noises. I need a passenger to help locate the sounds while driving. Unfortunately, my wife isn’t really suited for that task.
Had a terrible vibration form the same area that drove me nuts. Even after emptying it out, finally realized it was the left side coin tray. Even in the closed position it vibrated on certain roads.
Press up on the coin tray door, does it move slightly or feel firm? Next time you hear it, press upward on the door and see it that stops it. Had a similar issue and took forever to dial in to this....
