Default S Flow Question

Wondering what everyone's experience is with S-flow function under climate. Reading the manual it suggests that S flow directs air only the areas where there are occupants since the car can sense front passenger via weight sensor and rear passengers via door opening and seatbelt usage. On my 24 350h S flow works fine for front passengers; however, the rear vents never seems to come on unless someone presses the rear climate buttons which disables S flow, not sure if this is intent of design or something is wrong with my car. I would of expected S flow to work automatically as the car's rear seat reminder works fine.

I'm with you. Always have to turn it off to get air in the back. Seemed to work originally and now not so much and both kids use seatbelts so the car knows someone is there! Can it be disabled permanently? (Didn't read up in manual yet)

I have disabled S flow and manually set a temp for the rear. The S flow does not come back on.

I'll try that, thought I had them setup to sync, but doesn't hurt to verify!

I live in the south and S-flow keeps the cabin from cooling off as quick as it could. Turned it off shortly after buying and won’t turn it back on.

would rather keep it off.... couldn't figure out a way to keep it that way without turning it off each time manually
