Service Campaign 24LC03 (engine control computer software update)
The engine control computer software computer has programming error which can cause the exhaust VVTI locking pin to temporarily get stuck. They will fix it with just software update, I believe this is for both 2.5 TX, RX and NX 2023 models for now.
This is campaign which is one level higher then TSB, but isn't official recall, but dealers will be reaching out today and should be in your app.
This is important as if it locks it should disable with MIL into limp mode, but if doesn't you could end up with serious engine issue.

Sorry I meant 2.4L application, anything with the 2.4L turbo. It will show details in your app. What is strange is Toyota Highlander with same engine had this is listed on 2023, not sure why they waited for RX or maybe only applies to 2023 RX.

I also want them to do that other TSB for hesitation, as I only get it from stop, but if I am turning in front of traffic it almost gets me at times. Yesterday I literally slammed on pedal heard gas pedal click and then it went.
I got a 200 mile trip close to our dealer at the end of October. Going to have to see if they can squeeze it in for a quick service before I pick up Mom at the airport. I would think it takes less than thirty minutes to do once the car is in the bay.
I will just got get the time to get back there for both updates, it only at complete stop which is why it isn't really noticeable unless your turning in front of upcoming traffic and have some gap. Otherwise at any rolling speed never an issue.
