I have a 2023 RX with a software update from Feb 2024. Had a loaner 2024 Rx yesterday and the carplay software update was present with a “Lexus dock” in the left column making switching between CarPlay and Lexus interface so much better.

Where the hell is it for the 2023 Rx?

 

They must be updating cars coming off the assembly line, but haven't made it available yet as an upgrade for existing cars.

 

Yes, found that out a couple months ago when they announced the upcoming change and they noted 24s already had it.

did anyone got an update on this issue, I just recently got my new Rx and after 1 week of driving the software keep popping up software update and clear try again later

 

My wife's 2023 started doing this today. It has already been updated to 2070.

 

Yes, I just started getting this today too after a 2070 upgrade on 7/13. I wonder if its related to crowdstrike.

I imagine Lexus knows about it.

 

Ours only did it that day and hasn’t done it since.

 

OK, that software update error message cleared yesterday on my car.
