All of a sudden the Lexus app on iPhone not showing the odometer reading and tire pressure.

 

Same here; looks like the most recent iOS update (17.0.2) may have broken something in Lexus app; wiped out all connections and my digital key setup:

 

I also did the iOS update and have the same thing. I assume somehow Lexus or Apple will fix this soon so I'll do nothing for now and not expend energy on it.

 

Messaged them and just got this back; feel bad for anyone relying on Digital Key right now:

i updated to 17.02 today and no problem on 500h with tire pressure and odometer

 

Looks like they got it fixed about 20 minutes ago; fingers crossed it stays that way.

 

Down load the update of iOS yesterday on iPhone 14 pro

odometer is fine

but for the tires pressure… well never saw it on the app today or in the past since I installed it

Well i will appreciate if someone can provide a picture of it

it shows tires , doors , locks .

at the bottom it shows details , click and pressure is in there

As a person from NY I will ask you something if you have sometime to do it

I am a Canadian and seem that options on the car are not the same between the two country
if you can take a picture of the screen on the tachometer option
in Canada we seem to have only one page and cannot scroll down
But in you USA you suppose to tach the option to scroll down on the tach screen
if you can take a picture of the last page I will appreciate
i will show it to the dealer

Mileage was not displaying yesterday on Android but is today, so maybe it was a system issue not just Apple?

 

Displays fine on my iPhone 15 ProMax. Both ODO and tire pressure displayed.

 

new update today from apple 10/05 17.0.3

i am sitting in the lexus service dept while they check out why i can not connect to apple music thru the streaming service built in yet car play is fine .

so i did the apple up date while waiting .

now i don’t see the odometer and tire pressure anymore .

it could be they are working on one of the drive connect modules or it could be the new update is not showing the info again

its now 17.0.3

 

so the lexus ap is no longer displaying vehicle specific info

 

so it turned out after both the lexus software update and the apple update every thing had to be re paired

easiest way to re pair is go by car and turn on airplane mode and then turn it off .

open blue tooth in the car and the phone and click add device .they will join together and all info is flowing again
