RX is smaller and feels smaller inside which I prefer. I also no longer need a 3rd row but the MDX does have more storage behind the 2nd row if you need that. The V6 engine is nicer on the MDX IMO but even with a gas powered RX I'm getting way better gas mileage. I put a good amount of miles on my car per year and with the high gas prices, that was a big deal for me. I would have bought a RX Luxury trim hybrid if I had been able to wait for it earlier this year.

The game changing feature for me was the 14 inch upgraded infotainment system in the 2023 RX. It blows the MDX away. Yes, it could use some tweaks but sitting in my friend's 2023 MDX, I would be very frustrated spending $60K+ and getting that system.

MDX is great too. keep 3rd row down. you get a free mini truck. MPG sucks by today's standard, you have to change timing belt. other than that J35 V6 is old school with no problems.
