Any suggestions out there for a touch up paint or sealer for the blackish 21" wheels on the Luxury?? Not a big scrape, but a small scuff. I just want to seal it off so the aluminum doesn't begin to corrode. Would like to get a close color match but it doesn't have to be perfect.
Are those the chrome wheels with the dark 'tint'? Same finish is used on some Highlander wheels.
I know from past experience that auto body shops cannot always match the surface of wheels because the area is too small...and the 'verlay makes it almost impossible.
But check with a NAPA parts store. They have paint chips that might get close...they can mix a small can for you. (Have been successful in this endeavor with scratched aftermarket wheels on another car)
So I bought the Lexus wheel and tire package... I almost did not, as I never had before, and always said it was a waste of money. My wife was not use to the larger front end of the new 23 RX and hit two curbs in two weeks, causing damage to two separate wheels, as well as sidewall damage.... Jeeze..
Anyway, took to dealer for warranty and the rims came back like factory after a local wheel refinisher repaired them for the dealer. I could not tell what so ever where the repair was, including paint matching.
You should find who the wheel refinisher is in your area and ask if they would sell you a small can of touch up paint for your rim as they do this day in and day out... Just a thought
Congrats on being a perfect driver for 8 years... I can tell you that I'm not the only one who hit a curb by accident, and thousands of others have made that mistake too over the years.
I have a Caviar 2023 Lexus RX350H Luxury. It has 21" rims that is kind of a dark grey color. I scrapped one wheel again a curb. Anyone know where I can get the right touch up paint? I asked the parts department and said they do not carry touch up paint for wheels. He said the service department can fix it.

The service department will call in a 3rd party, a wheel repair or refinisher tech, who can make most damage undetectable.
Sorry, didn't realize this question has already been asked been asked. My dealership parts department did not carry touch up paint. They recommended I use the Service department for repair. My damage is just in a small area. I just wanted to smooth it out, apply touch up and clear coat. I will try NAPA. The picture of the wheel in the earlier post looks just like my wheels.
Thanks all
Last week my wife wanted to drive the RX 2024 F Sport 3 (Canadian Version) about 45 minutes later I got a phone call saying she hit a curve with the LH front wheel, I had 3 RXs before never a curve scratch. After extensive research I found the closest match for the wheels paint, I highly suggest to buy a sponge applicator instead using the brush with the paint. Is not perfect if you really want to see the difference, put a light on it and you will see it, but in my opinion is the cheapest option $35 total.
Yes, this is been around the forums for awhile for F sport color rims. and used it for my 2019 RX F sport wheel, Color matched very well, I had bought some bondo in tube as well. Sand paper it a bit then very thin bondo, sand again then applied a few times.
It came out really well was very surprised.

I agree, I did the same procedure. To be honest I wasn’t expecting the results I had, I finally have a method to fix wheels. I might have a new gig for the weekends..😂
