Wireless/USB charging issues
The wireless charger shows it's charging, but it's not. Went on a road trip. It was on for a couple of hours during a road trip. Shows it's charging, but nothing.
Passenger plugged phone in to charge. That phone took over the infotainment system. Can you plug in another phone without that happening?

Plug the phone into one of the USB C ports, none of them are data capable ports so they can’t take over the multimedia unit. I’ve bought a couple USB C to USB 3 adaptors from Amazon for when I want to charge older devices but don’t want to use the only USB 3 port. As for the charging, were you using wireless car play at the same time? I’ve heard of people complaining on other cars that sometimes wireless charging can charge at a rate lower than the power being used due to CarPlay. A phone case could also affect the effectiveness of the wireless charging.
