frosted/matte coating
The fit is good. However, just FYI, the Spigen screen protector is a little frosted/matte/less glossy. It actually blurs the clarity of the screen so I am not a fan, but I already took off the factory screen protector.
I have that one. The lower right hand "bumped out" section has a constant bubble, can't get rid of it. I emailed them, they said because the screen isn't a perfect rectangle, that's the way it is for that piece. There is nothing in that area of the screen you see or touch anyway, its dead space, so I just left it installed and don't really notice it now.
I'm tempted to get one but the misalignment around the ***** on the earlier brands would drive me crazy and the Spigen reviews here on this thread and on Amazon talk about how it changes the look a bit where it's described as "frosted" which I don't want either. Guess I'll continue to go naked too.
No protector for me. After months of use, I have inspected the screen with a flashlight and do not even see micro scratches on mine. I am thinking the Lexus made sure the screen had the characteristics that avoided scuffs and micro scratches.
‘’I will take my chances as I never like them on my phones and do not want them on my screen in the vehicle.
These screens are so glossy and reflective compared to the matte finish screens in my 2018 and 2022. Do any of you notice any glare issues when driving on sunny days, or with rear approaching headlights at night?

Not had any sunlight directly reflec back but see how much dust it attracts. I can not remember seeing headlights from vehicles behind me.
I have had this one installed for a couple of weeks now. The fit is very good and the install was real easy and no air bubbles. But it does have a lot of glare which for me can be very distracting. My eyes keep seeing movement of the glare across the screen as I drive. I was hoping that I would get used to this but so far I have not. I plan on keeping it on for awhile longer but if I don't get used to it I will be removing it.
I appreciate everyone's comments and feedback on the aftermarket screen protectors.
Think I'll call my dealer and see if Lexus has released a 14" screen protector.
Safe travels to all,
They do place a protective covering on it during manufacturing and a few people have found it not peeled off during the predelivery inspection like it is supposed to be. I will say the screen is very hard. Ours shows zero scratches in our 6 months of ownership.
