Looks good and nice work. I don't remember if you ended up with an F-sport or not, but notice you have the sport pedals. If those aren't original, where did you get them?
That just look the part. No reason to purchase real*any* f sport pedals for a non f sport car vehicle lol
^^ Fixed it for you .
I personally am not a fan of trying to make something look like what it really isn't, but that's just my own personal preference. Plus I guarantee you that you will recoup 0% of your cost when you sell or trade in the car down the road. But to each their own - no harm, no foul I suppose!
So I am in love with the new switch on the newer Lexus RX 350 2021s.
i did some research on my car and i notice that it has the exact same pins and the trim is exactly the same yet online it states that it will not fit my vehicle...so im a little confused..
do you think it will work? I dont like my push start button because it doesnt even light up booo.. posted pics for comparision old to knew.
Has anybody changed theirs yet?
Thats interesting, I just went and looked and my 2016RX 350 the words on the button are illuminated on mine. I'm only at the Premium trim level. Thats odd that it wouldn't light up on every model.

OK, flamesuit on and zipped up tight!
Nah, no flames. I'm generally with you. The posts from folks changing the head unit to get Android Auto/CarPlay, replacing the standard grill with the F-Sport grill and such befuddle me. It just seems like a lot of cost and effort, plus a risk of things going south. Cheap and simple mods, though, are easier to justify and, for me, pedal swaps fall in that category. So did adding the illuminated door sills that come with the Luxury package or are a ~$450 MSRP option. $90 and 10 minutes of effort was worthwhile. Truth be told, after 37 years of driving fleet cars, my RX has become a bit of a hobby!
1 week with the button and i am soo happy i did it!
This is what I settled with after trying out a few options. I really wanted to get rid of the chrome bezel ring but I also wanted to go with a red start button.
