Default Restricted access to menu when car is in motion.

Hello Lexy owners.
Is it possible to remove restrictions while the car is in motion? I am talking about restricted items in the infotainment menu? I am coming from a different brand where some parts of a menu were restricted when the vehicle is in motion, however, it was very easily removed with coding. I am aware that during the first service visit dealer can program some minor hidden options such as 5 blinks. Is any other "coding" possible? Thank you for all the answers, and forgive me if it was discussed already.

Attached is the 2020 RX350 customizable settings, including those that are dealer-only. I assume the list is the same for the 2021, but don't know that for a fact. Nothing in it about eliminating in-motion menu restrictions, as far as I can tell. FWIW, the only dealer-specific setting I had changed on mine was to reduce the volume of the rear door warning chime. The default was really shrill.

The attachment is a PDF in a zip file. I can't get the forum to accept a PDF from within Edge.

No one cannot as they are there for safety reasons.

Yes it's possible. You will need the below:

https://www.beatsonicusa.com/nsd6223ep.html/

I have it in conjunction with their screen mirroring setup but it can work standalone as well.

Yes. Driving is dangerous in general. I propose we do not drive farther than 5 miles. For our safety.
This is insulting my intelligence. My passenger cannot do it either?

Thank you! I am looking into it right now!
EDIT: It appears that at that time no solution for 2020 Rx.

2020? You wouldn't want to void your warranty either way on a new car.

It has nothing to do with you or your passenger. It has to do with the knucklehead that gets distracted while he or she is fussing with the system while driving, then crashes into something or worse someone and decides to hold Lexus responsible.

Are any of these items that you want to access available by voice command? You did not specify what functions you were looking to access but I assume it was related to navi but just a guess.

My old Acura would let me do anything anytime but wife's 4Runner does not allow access to navigation commands while car was in motion....would have to pull over and put into Park (I think) to get access.

Now with voice and Siri and Alexa, etc, I wonder if some options might be available. For the most part I have found voice commands to work pretty well. Anyway...just a thought. Dealer might be able/willing to do if possible, or TIS with backdoor access might work.
