I don’t know where to go to see for hidden panels. Earlier in the day when I tried to use the app, it acted like no cars existed. Tried again in about 20 minutes and my car showed up and that’s when I realized it was missing

I see nothing. The car has been at the shop today getting Ceramic Pro and PPF. The car has had its doors unlocked and hood open. I keep on getting alerts that these things are unlocked and I still see the car is parked at the same location. I wonder if this has to do anything with the odd behavior I’m seeing in the app.

Got the car pack and no change. Still missing Recent Trips and noticed that the Driver Score is also missing. Called Lexus and one guy is like it might have been removed as it is no longer a feature. I call BS. Waiting on the line for someone else.

I don't think those features have been deprecated. They certainly appear for me. (Just noticed yours is an iPhone. Mine is Android 10.)
This app needs a lot of work. I hid a card on it after we chatted last night. I can un-hide it, but there no way to drag it back to where it was. It won't scroll past the non-card crap at the bottom of the app.

Engineer said that the car needs to be driven for at least 15 minutes and then it syncs overnight. My house to the shop is under 10 minutes. I'll drive a bit and then see what happens tomorrow.

This happens to me all the time. The engineer is lying... the App is just buggy as **** quite frankly. Their tech support is completely useless and have no clue how to fix these bugs.
The driver score and recent trips will disappear and reappear randomly. When it reappears usually all your old trips will be wiped out. Mine disappears once a week if not more.
