Poor Navigation results
If you use the same route, why do you need the nav?
You can adjust the setting for preferred route (i.e., avoid freeways or tools roads) but you are left with the Lexus nav figuring out the best route according to their software, not your preferred route. I am not ware of any nav system that let's you enter a predetermined route/path to get from point A to point B. I guess that would defeat the point of using the Nav.

Lately at 55,000 miles my nav is having dementia problems. It sent me to a spot 20 miles from my real destination...it was rural and I had no clue I was off course until I was in the middle of nowhere. Google saved me. Yesterday it sent me to the wrong spot about a mile off course. On the way home from a 150 mile trip we have made multiple times, it wanted to exit the interstate for a state highway. I can no longer trust it, especially if I am going somewhere I have not been before. Really, Lexus? WTH. Advice appreciated.

No. I saw that in another post. I think it is jealous of my smart phone and is being spiteful. Thanks for replying.
Hi Folks,
My observation, for what it's worth is that the Lexus nav, at least on my 2020 RX350, is really bad. It has come up with the wrong location for an address several times and it even showed my new dentist's location as being in the middle of a lake. To be blunt, it's just plain garbage, which is why I waited for the 2020 models to come out since, thru apple carplay, I have my choice of 3 nav systems, Apple Maps (my favorite), Garmin and Google. Given my experiences I'm certainly not laying out any money for subscriptions for this piece of junk. Long live carplay!!!

I thought that started in 2023 only.
After 3 years of free Enform use Lexus wants us to pay $80 for Dynamic Navigation, $80 for Destination assist, $80 for something else and $80 for remote functionality ( remote start).
