The RX will be redesigned for 2022. Expect the Hybrid to be based on the 243hp 4-cylinder engine found in the current Highlander Hybrid.

I'm guessing these wireless chargers just don't have much juice - wish I could tell you more, but I don't have that feature in my RX.
I have an iPhone 11 and it's a slow charge too. I believe the wireless charger is one of the earlier iterations and doesn't have nearly enough juice compared to the newer wireless chargers.

I recently rented a 2020 Toyota Corolla while on vacation that had a wireless charger, and it was at least twice as fast, if not more, than my RX's wireless charger.

Thanks for posting. Seems like a 2021 vehicle rolling out the wireless charging would use newere tech but I've learned not to try and figure things out all the time

Are you joking? Lexus is a division of Toyota so why would they use a slower wireless charger?

If it was a 2020 corolla it’s a new model and probably has a updated technology charger. This generation RX has always had a wireless charger in Canada which means by now its really old technology. Lexus instead of wasting $$$ adapting the newer charger for a model on its last legs just installed one that they already own.

That doesn’t sound like innovating on Lexus part. It sounds like the wireless charging would be a waste of money. Not only that to use car play you need to plug in your phone anyway so wouldn’t your phone be charging by wire while using car play?

That sounds horrible. As other manufacturers increase performance Lexus nerfs it? Hard pass.

Yes - wireless charging is useless if you're going to use carplay.

My 2016 has the wireless charger and it is completely useless. Way too slow to charge.

Also, since the 2020+ has CarPlay and Android Auto, you need to plug the phone in to use those anyways. What is the point of wireless charging, unless they offer wireless Caplay and Android Auto? Just MO

The Build and Price tool is now available for the 2021 RX 350 models on Lexus.com. Looks like the price for panormic view system went down and the wireless charger is now listed as a $200 option. Also a new interior color listed as Glazed Carmel available in both NuLuxe and leather.

Default 2021 F Sport Package + Handling Package

I'm going through the 2021 Lexus F Sport build and I cannot add the F Sport Handling Package while keeping the F Sport Package.

The F Sports package is $3,480 with many visual add-ons. The F Sport Handling Package is $1,050 and just has handling add-ons.

It doesn't make any sense. Anyone have any ideas?

Suggest you go to "Lexus.com" and "Contacts" at bottom of web page. Use several mediums of communication with them including e-mail. I guess this is a foul up on the design of the build web page? I tried to build Rx f Sport as you indicated and got the same results.

Sent them an email last night. Waiting for a response.

Default 2021 - Panorama glass roof not available

Page 49 of the 20201 Brochure has "Panorama glass roof and aluminum roof rails" as an Individual Option. When I go through the build for an F Sport, I do no see it.

I chatted with Lexus on Lexus.com, they didn't know why. I called corporate and they requested I call my dealer. Planning on calling them later on today.

Does anyone know why it is not an option?

Or maybe they'll use the 354hp rated V6 + electric motor setup from the LS500h and LC500h

A few cars on the market still use a V6 hybrid powertrain such as the Ford Explorer and Chrysler Pacifica hybrids so I wouldn't give up hope just yet.
