Hi All;
I have a issue with my new car rx350 2018. Steering wheel locked, when I press start button and break it doesn't work. I should turn the steering wheel many time to unlock. Anyone has same that issue? Do you think it's ECU issue ? Thank you.

Not quite sure of what you're saying......when you start the engine, the wheel should be unlocked. Are you saying you have to turn the wheel back and forth to get it to unlock? If so, you need to get it back to the dealer asap.

After thinking about your problem, try this: when parking, try to leave the wheel fairly straight, don't touch the wheel and shut the car off. Before you open the door, the wheel should still move a bit. Once you open the door the wheel should lock. Later on or the next morning, without touching the brake pedal, push the button once putting it into "accessory mode" and the wheel should unlock. If it does, it's working correctly. If it doesn't unlock you need to take it back to the dealer service department.
family member with 2018 rx350 has similar issue , wheel locks and vehicle wont start . Im thinking bad battery, but interested what anyone else thinks
You could try what I posted above, but if the battery is indeed dead and it won't start, then the wheel probably won't unlock. Then the issue is why is the battery dead.

Thank you for your advice, I will bring it to dealer tomorrow to find out the root cause. Thank you
