Yes, there is a metal bar under the rear seats and lever on the sides - the bar let's you slide them back and forth and the lever lets you fold them. This video is for previous generation but it works almost the same on the current one -

Anyone else notice that the 450's rear seat does not slide as far back as the 350? Likely due to the way the batteries are packaged. I could have sworn when I had the 350, the seats could be adjusted further back compared to my 450h, but I don't have a 350 to compare to at the moment.

The metal bar under the seat enables one to move the seat forward or backward. Seems like best to leave it as far back as possible unless one needs a little more capacity behind the seats.

What my wife really wanted is the ability to move the seat straighter due to a back problem.

The seat back angle is adjustable with the levers on the sides, which also fold the back.

not a basic or F, it's a lux. Power folding and reclining heated rear seats.
thus, no handle.

Mine is the Luxury model and has reclining back seat, but no power, different options in different countries I guess.

You said you have a lux and do not have the heated power rear seat, then you say it's a standard lux option up there?? Sounds like your confused.

I have a feeling he's talking about the non-powered reclining back seats (with the lever) being standard on the Canadian Luxury package. Unlike the US, we canucks cannot get individual options added to packages. To get the powered rear seats, we have to move up to the "Executive" package (or F-Sport 3).
