Park assist malfunction

one of the front sensors goes non stop on red as soon as park assist is turned on. What causes this?

Could be many things, possibly a scratched/damaged sensor.

Try wiping down the sensors. Something may have gotten lodged in front of your sensor/s.

Happened to me when day with bad rain, filthy freeway conditions - after some more heavy rain then sunshine problem gone, has not returned.
