I could have sworn I saw a post that mentioned there were
2 different sonar sensors for a 2007 LS460L but I can't find it now.
It has a code of c1ae0 showing front left sensor but aren't there
more than one front left sensors?
Is there a way to figure out which one it is before tearing the bumper apart to get to it?
I'd like to only be in there once when I install the new one.
I'm getting that graphic indicator on the display in the instrument panel showing
the front left area but it's not really specific enough to assure it's the correct one.

Also could this sensor be what is preventing the self parking system from working? I'm think if even one sensor is down it would prevent an attempt at self parking.

Hi Phil, if any of the sensors are bad, the self-parking feature will definitely not work. I am attaching the link to the parking sensor parts list page on mylpartsdotcom for your 2007 LS460L. Please go thru it and the accompanying diagram to figure out what you need. Good luck!
