Locked rear side door

2016 RX 350
Took car in for service and ever since cannot open left rear door from outside or inside either manually or with remote. Please help.

Are the child locks on? If not go back to the dealer.

Just like Marqevans said, check if the child lock is on and if that isn't the problem go right back to the service department.

Yeah, bring it back to the dealership to get this fixed.
