I had the windshield changed on my 2017 RX350 with an OE Picklington. in Naples Fl. The window smears very badly in cooler weather. (50 deg.) Wiper blades are good. Has anyone else had this problem.?

 

Sounds like you may just have some kind of coating still on the glass. If convenient, take it back to the place that did the job. Otherwise, try a good glass cleaner like Invisible Glass or something. I've also used straight ammonia and a lint free cloth.
