Enterainment system reboots. Early 2016 models.
Anyone else had issues with the main entertainment system would randomly reboot/freeze? It only did it twice in the last 2 years of ownership so it wasn't a big deal. Turns out Lexus release an OS update for it a whiles back but I just stumble on to it. Hope it fixes the issue.
Found it in the Lexus owners site. Straight forward to do and about 10 minutes. This applies to early 2016 models since the update is from 11/2016

Had a similar issue with early 2016 model. Ironically, I was also having an issue at the time when a pedestrian crossing behind the car would not be detected. Cars yes, people no. They changed the head unit/entire radio module and it mysteriously fixed both problems.
