That's a great idea! Where is the best source for downloading the PDF's?

If you are asking where to find the owner's manual and other guides, see Lexus Owners - Lexus Drivers.

Default Using quick jack on lexus rx350

Has anyone used a quick jack on their Lexus RX350, I have a 2021 and may get a quick jack for other vehicles I own but would like to also use on my Lexus (for tire rotation) but the manual only shows jacking points in the center of the car front & rear.

I think that the mods just merged this ....

I do not have one but the RX can be lifted on the pinch welds on the sides of the vehicle as well. There is a long thread somewhere here, but the owners manual shows the pinch welds on the sides just behind the front wheels and just in front of the rear wheels.
They should work just fine.

I would love to get a set of the quickjacks but will make due with the jack stands.

Enjoy if you get them and let us know how you like them.

Whew, all this because a guy would not take time to read the manual.

Did you ever get an answer about the use of a Quickjack, or try it yourself? Home Depot has the 5000SLX on sale today only, and I'm pining for one. It looks like the 5000SLX would work fine and the use of the 3" pinch weld blocks would raise it high enough to get all 4 wheels off the ground. My jack stands only raise the frame (ok, I know it's not a frame...) to ~17" and that's just a little shy of getting the tires off the ground. The 5000SLX with the blocks will raise the frame to 21" off the ground. That's plenty.

So this is a random question but since the thread seems to be active, I have a 3 ton floor jack as well. I got the adapter for the side rails, I was trying to figure out how to lift the front so I could change brakes on both sides easier. That said, I've read the manual, I've looked under there, and I'm STILL not confident where I should be placing this jack. Does anyone have a photo of where, specficially, to place it? I'm not trying to risk jacking up on the wrong thing so I have just used the sides with the adapter for now. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate the reply, but I've already looked at the manual (as I mentioned in my post). I've been under there and I don't see anything that looks like that, hence the request for an actual pic. Thanks

Thank you, that's what I'm trying to find. Do you have to remove any covers underneath to see that? I could have sworn I looked for that, but an actual reference pic is useful so I'll go back out there and look again. I'm just super paranoid about jacking in the wrong place but its such a pain to do one side at a time when I have jackstands and a great floor jack. I appreciate this!

rear floor jack point

front floor jack point

front side pinch weld for jack stand

rear side pinch weld for jack stand

I added the pinch weld locations since this comes up often as well.

No covers to remove....access is easy on all points.

Thank you very much! I knew where the pinch welds were (I have the adapter that goes on my floor jack for that) but for the life of me I had issues finding the front jack point. When i get off work I'll go under there and look again, I must be blind!!! Thanks so much again to everyone.

Is rust pretty bad in your area?
