What's the consensus on the best tyre pressure please? ...comfort biased.. but don't want to wear the tyres out unnecessarily .Also what mileage should I get out of them . We seem to get all Dunlop's here in Australia not the Michelins the US cars come with ....
That is funny, you have to ask. Only I increase pressure couple PSI when my car is loaded or going on long distance high speed cruising. Also rotate tires, your suspension and alignment is in order.
What tire pressure do you run on your stock 20” wheels?
In our last 2013 Lexus Rx350, I ran exactly what it recommended on the door jamb sticker. However it just about ruined a set of tires as it was to low and wore the outer edges prematurely. Lexus service rep said to run it several lbs higher, and switched to that and everything was fine from there on.
Looks like the dealer put in 38psi as we just bought the vehicle. The sticker says 33psi.
What at psi are you running on your stock 20’s?

From my previous experience on all my vehicles, I always run ~4-6 psi less than the Max PSI rating on the "Tire" itself (regardless what brand of tire, etc). I also noticed the RX350 had more outer wear on the tires before i bought the car. After purchasing the car, I added the pressure i normally run my tires ~4-6 psi less than Max of Actual tire rating. Car runs smooth and tires will last longer. I also have a 4 runner and have had the same tires for nearly 3 years with normal driving, approximately 40,000 miles on the tires and when i went to get a maintenance check 2 weeks ago, they mentioned that my tires still looked semi brand new.
What size wheels do you have?
I find it unusual that there'd be a difference between the years, mine are 20" and it had Michelin tires, but I don't think that tire brand maked a difference.
Maybe it's adjusted for pot-holes
What are some of the settings we should go through as new owner? What Tire pressure is everyone running? 33psi?
Congrats on your new ride!
If you go look at the bottom sticky thread for this subforum, it is an FAQ thread and it has a section for Lexus Personalized Settings. Lexus used to produce a nice PDF that compiled all the customizable settings but now you have to dig through the back of the owner's manual. Here is the most recent link I can locate for the compiled settings: 18RX 350_CST (lexus.com). The title suggests this is for a 2018 model year but if you open the document it is actually for the 2019 model year. This listing in the FAQ thread is a little jumbled and you will find some of the links take you back to the 2015 model year which is the previous generation.
Now, as to your question, which settings have we implemented: Item 5 identifies the doors to unlock when gripping the handle and I changed it to unlock all doors because my wife is with me more often than not. If my wife was the normal driver getting in a dark parking lot, I would have left this to only unlock the driver's door. As to number 18, I set the "Driver's Easy Access" to "partial" rather than the default of "full" which resulted in too much movement for my taste. I also like to change setting #38 to 5 for the lane change blinks since the default of 3 is just too few for me (this will vary a great deal by how aggressively you have to drive for your highways). There are also settings that aren't listed on this document but they are referenced in the back of the 2021 owners manual. For example, I have them turn off the seat belt buzzers, but I understand from previous posts that not all dealers will make this change. Probably depends on state laws and liability concerns.
I hope that helps. Of course, these are called "personalized settings" for a reason. What works for one person is not necessarily optimal for the next. You may want to just experiment with some of these, except those the dealer has to make which are typically performed at the first service.
