Sorry if someone asked same question before. I now driving a 2015 RX450h and about to get a 2017 RX450h sport, my 2015 RX450h installed a aftermarket towing hitch which sometimes go out ride bikes with friends, my question is, does my 2015 towing hitch still fits 2017 model? Or I have to buy a new towing hitch?

No, it does not. You need a new Hitch.
