Default 2016 lexus rx 350 rear wheels locked up

Bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 damaged to the front end. Rear wheels wont move.tried to disengage parking brake, nothing happens. Ended up placing dollys under rear wheels and parking the car behind the house. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks!

It could be anything. Any damage to the master cylinder or surrounding plumbing under the hood? Check/replace the brake lines as well.

Sure it is brake problem? Is the vehicle AWD or FWD model?

Even if brake is locked, when pulled hard wheels will roll(or skid) IMO, it is something else mechanical(power train).
