Is it possible to disable Siri integration in the RX. I donot want Siri to display the microphone icon on the RX screen

 

Easy, don't activate Siri by not holding holding down the off hook button.

No I want to be able to start Siri by "Hey Siri" but I donot want that to be dispalyed on the car screen

 

The car is showing a microphone because you are using the microphone on the car after activating Siri while connected through Bluetooth. I don't think there is an iOS phone setting to disable using Siri through connected Bluetooth source.
