You have to go into Menu>Clock and then turn DST on: You'll have to turn it off in the fall

Eastern Time clock time

The clock sets 1 hour ahead when set to EST . even when on gps. have to turn it off and do it manually to get the right time. anyone else?

Not sure the year of your RX but look at this.

I have a 2017 rx 350. I put in a new agm battery so every thing was disconnected. The time set was 5 hours off but when setting to gps time it went to 1 hour ahead of my real est. It was real time 12:20 EST here but it went to 01:20 EST. Exactly 1 hour off. sort of wierd. The other setting I have on is daylight savings time. It is set to "ON".

jcg - Based on the video in the previous post, I would say that you need to go into settings and turn Daylight Savings Time off. But then you'll have to turn it back on Sunday night if you're not in Arizona or Hawaii.
