I am new to the forum. I could not find a convincing answer even with the service engineer so thought of putting it up in the forum.
I have just got a RX350 in Dubai. Many features are absent like voice commands, Enform services, Siri Eyes free etc. I believe its because of different software versions of the Multimedia platform.
The software update setting shows my version is up to date.
Can I get these features by some software patch or update or should I learn to live with this 'challenged rx'.

Any help will be much appreciated.

From what I've seen in this forum, Japan has all the tech offered, USA is next (we're missing the sequential turn signals). Even tho our vehicle is manufactured in Canada, we have features the Canadians don't get. Your "challenged Rx" version may have something to do with local laws?

 

Thanks TexasRxh for your reply. We have the sequential turn signals here. As far as features like voice commands, I have seen many other cars with this feature here. Anyways so this practically means, I have to get used to it.
