Brand new rx350 with about 10,000 miles. Tried to shut the power of CD. does not shut off. dies not eject disc. in fact does not respond to anything. cannot change media. even not responding to the voice command button. Turned the car off waited 30 secs. turned back on. still same thing. Has this happened to anyone else. made appointment tomorrow. Any thoughts appreciated.

 

You could try "rebooting" the system. Press and hold the power button until you see it reboot/reset. It's a long shot but worth a try.
