Here are some pictures of an armrest storage organizer tray I bought from eBay. It is very useful because it doubles the space in that storage compartment and you can easily reach smaller items. It has 2 slots to allow easy access to the AUX, lighter plug and USB, it is made from high quality ABS plastic and it has 2 rubber liners with an integrated coin area.

The item arrived from Hong Kong in just 5 days even though the seller stated shipping would take 8 - 23 days.

Every 2016 Lexus RX should have come with this accessory from factory.

Many thanks for that post. I just test-drove a 2016 and noticed the cavernous storage bin with no tray like my 2013 came with. This is a must-have!

The $25 armrest organizer sits on top of whats already there, it does not touch the below plastic bucket storage bin that comes inside the armrest, only the right and left top edges of the compartment are touched.

I think the seller covered the LEXUS RX logo on the rubber liner with a toy car because of trademark violations. I was surprised when I saw mine had it.

 

How's the quality? Flimsy or solid?

 

Very hard, thick, high quality ABS plastic. It does not bent anywhere, even with force.

 

That makes sense, I didn't even really notice the toy car until you pointed it out haha
