My husband just bought me a new RX350 with premium package (w/o ML). My question is how do I load my CDs to HDD like my old X5?

The BMW X5 had a HDD to load music on . The 2016 RX350 does not have a HDD so therefore CDs cannot be downloaded to the car. You would have to convert all those CDs into mp3s and transfer them either to a usb flash drive or ipod or phone and then plug it in to one of the usb ports on the car in order to play music.
In addition to what I just said you can stream music wirelessly to your new RX via bluetooth if you prefer.
