Nice work! Looks sharp but I would have gone more discrete like dark Ford Blue.

 

I finally got around to the epoxy painting of my 2020 RX450h FSport Calipers. I don't understand why painted calipers are not std on at least the FSport. The caliper assembly and pads and clips were removed from the mounting bracket. Caliper and brackets forging flash was ground away prior to final cleaning and painting. The yellow epoxy took 4 coats to get the finish as shown below. I would put on 5 coats if I did it again in yellow. Paint was (2) pkg. of G2 High Temperature Caliper Paint G2161 purchased thru amazon. Paint cured for a full week prior to high temp labels, per note on label instructions. Labels came curved from ebay seller "cardecals64" mix and match order. Wheels reinstalled for a week and driven prior to label installation. Labels are a little tough to peel during application but I got the hang of it after 1-2 labels. Material approx cost $200-250.

Still holding up well after 45 days and several car washes.

Note: the G2 paint has a shelf life so don't purchase and store more than 6 months.
