I just tried it with my 2018 and nothing happened! Neighbors prob thought I was crazy because I kept locking and unlocking the doors in the driveway. I used to be able to just press and hold the unlock button on the fob to make it work. Did they do away with it?
Not familiar with this. You hold down the unlock button and all the windows open?

Great feature until there's a malfunction and all the windows open unintended in a rain storm. Then the bashing will begin for sure.

You'll need the dealer or Carista to turn it on. Although I have it on, I never use it cause I can't roll it back up.

I only use it if it's really hot and humid and I know I won't need to roll them up. It sucks we can't roll them back up by pressing the lock button, only by mechanical key I believe.

Already saw it on another forum with the member calling for a class action lawsuit. No joke.

I used it in the past for that same reason. Cools inside off much quicker then waiting for the ac to do it.

Thanks. I am glad it’s still an option. Do they charge you to turn it ON?

I'm guessing you have not had your 5,000 mi. service yet and if not they will do it for free at that time. You should read about all the "options programable by dealer only" and get any changes done at that time. I changed one more at 7,000 mi. and there was no charge.

No, I haven’t had my first service yet, but I will definitely take a look at all the programmable options beforehand. Thanks so much!

Default Unable to roll down windows by key Fob

Are there any reasons why my 2017 RX doesn't roll down windows when I hold the unlock button ? I thought the setting was turn on by default.

Thanks,
