have to do it at the dealer. there are a list of stuff that you can customize. ask the dealer because the first one is free I believe.

Rolling down windows using remote control key fob

I am not able to roll down the windows with my key fob. I have a 2017 RX 350. Is there a setting inside that I have to set before this will work?

Yes, but only your dealer can do it.

Can Key Fob Lower Windows?

I was able to lower all four windows on my 1995 Maxima by pressing the unlock button for 5 seconds or more. The purpose was to quickly cool the interior as you approached the car on a hot summer day. Do any of you know if this feature is available on the RX?

Can be done with all windows and moon roof opening by holding down unlock button for three seconds on the key fob. This is one of those personalized settings that has to be done by the dealer. There's usually no charge for it. Another popular one I got done was the blinker lane change defaults to three flashes which I think is too short it could be changed to five or seven. I've had mine on all my vehicles changed to five.
