Default Side Door courtesy shadow ghost LED upgrade

Just upgraded the yellow lights located on the side of the door also known as puddle, ghost, shadow or courtesy lights. Got the from amazon ( iJDMTOY Xenon White 2 lights for $25 ). The quality is not great but they are very bright instead of not noticeable at all like the yellow OEM side door lights. A little preasure with an old credit card on the rear facing side will do. Here are some photos inside a pitch black garage with the yellow light and the led light.

Thanks a lot!

When you buy the side door lights they come with the whole housing including the cable you attach inside the door.

These are just LED door courtesy lights..the ghost shadow LED courtesies are ones with small projectors that shine an image of the Lexus logo on the floor.

Does the 4RX really have ghost shadow LE courtesies that shine an image of a Lexus logo? Or is that something you have to do afterwards?

It's something you can easily add yourself.

Just do a search on eBay for Lexus shadow light. They range from $13-30. Personally, I think the ones without a circle around the logo look best.

I only installed them on the front because the rear door courtesy lights are angled and will distort the image.

OK, cool. Thanks for the info. Also, I totally agree about it being better without the circle around it. Also, I think the 2 fronts only...all 4 would be too much.

Got it! Thank you! No issues when replacing them with an aftermarket one? Still sits perfectly?

Do you have the link to get the LED for the visor and cargo area? Looking on eBay and the discription says up to 2015. Will those work on the '16?
