I'll guess that since you don't own one yet it's something you won't use often. Great budget infrequent use torque wrench from harbor freight; https://www.harborfreight.com/38-in-...nch-63880.html . They are generally reviewed quite well.
I have 3/8” Masterforce from Menards and have been using it for 3+ years and no issues. It is warrantied for life. Also, any auto parts store can rent one for free. I’ve rented 1/2” one from Autozone and O’Reilly’s in the past.
I use the Tekton for big jobs (1/2") and the Pittsburgh for smaller (3/8").
I just bought the digital (3/8") recommended by Project Farm recently. I have not had to use it yet. Keeping up with the times. lol....I finally tossed my old torsion torque wrench.
They all work great and never had issues. Probably should to a torque test to see how accurate they are.
