I have a 2020 RX350 with the Mark Levinson stereo. Regardless of the volume, there is distortion coming out of the front left dash and door speaker. I replaced the dash speaker with an original speaker, but still no luck. I believe it might be a bad amp. Dealer told me it would cost $3,645.00 to replace the amp. I know there is a lot of labor involved, due to the amp being located under the center consul, however this seems outrageous to me. Lexus and the dealer will not offer any type of good will to help out. Have any of you had a good experience in having one replaced? Any thoughts?

 

You should see these links and maybe talk to a local car audio shop. A used amp may be an option.
