I purchased the rotors from the dealership (P/N: 43512-F6010).
According to LexusPartNow.com, this part number supersedes 43512-0E050 and 43512-78010.
I’m still unsure about the purpose of the hole and whether I should replace the rotor because of it.
Actually MSRP for 43512-F6010 is almost $10 more than 43512-48130 on Lexus parts website.
so far there's no problem. but I did use everything brand new like clips and anti squeal.
