When operating the radio/media and making selections in our 2019 RX350, the response is very delayed...even more than our 2015 RX350. We purchased the 2019 in June of 2024 as CPO with 44K miles. Of course it is under warranty and will have the dealer address, but was curious if anyone else has this issue and if it is systemic, or can be fixed with a software update, or a change in how we are operating it.

This is how you update the software. Probably worth trying:

1. Go here: https://www.lexus.com/firmware-updates/download
2. Put in your VIN number and extract the download into a USB stick (make sure it's formatted to FAT32). USB stick must be at least 32GB.
3. Plug that USB stick into RX while the car is on
4. Go into the menu settings and click Software Update
5. follow on screen instructions.
