2013 vs 2022 rx350
We owned a 2015 RX350 for about 3 years and it was a very reliable and smooth driver. Fast forward to today, we have a 2022 RX450h. Definite improvement in overall handling, it feels more secure at high speeds and we don't even have an F-Sport with AVS. 20" wheels are definitely felt a bit more over the bumps, but driving on twisty roads is definitely improved. New infotainment has a much larger 12.3" touchscreen display with Car Play and Android auto (although it's not wireless). Adaptive cruise control, lane assist, rear cross traffic alert with auto braking - all these features were not available on Gen-3 RX and they definitely make life easier. I also love the panoramic monitor and HUD. If you keep your cars for a long time, do yourself a favor and get a fully loaded luxury trim. So far, after about 18 months, we love our '22 and no regrets so far.
Differences between a 2013 and a 2020? Certainly would be many. Lots of electronic features for sure. Probably quieter too. My last Lexus was a 2017 RX. To this day, I regret not buying it at the end of the lease.
I have owned many cars over the last 40 years including 3 Lexus Rx's starting in 2008. The differences between all of my Lexus Rx's over the years has been relatively small as differences in cars goes. It definitely is not "night and day." They all drove well, were extremely reliable, were relatively quiet, had plenty of power, were comfortable to drive and were all excellent experiences. I owned one Hybrid Rx and I think that the difference between the hybrid and the non-hybrid (power, acceleration, etc.) were greater than any differences between my Rx350's. Of course, the technology in all cars have improved over the years which is significant . Any other differences including suspension, power, etc have been relatively small in my opinion. They are great cars and a good value for the price.

I went from a 2015 RX350 F Sport to a 2022 RX350 Luxury. HUGE difference in the 2022. It has been a little over 6 months and I still love the 2022. Maybe this is not fair, but the 2022 rides much nicer compared to the 2015. The 2022 has the ML system too, HUD and adaptive cruise. overall interior and exterior trim is nicer too.
