Hi - has anyone experienced a microphone failure and have insight into how it gets fixed/replaced? Mine is no longer working properly. I put the car into its diagnostic mode (where you press and hold the menu button while turning headlights on and off repeatedly). The diagnostic mode allows me to record and then playback my voice to check the microphone functionality and I have to scream at the absolute top of my lungs to get it to pickup even faintly.

Disconnect the negative terminal of the car's battery overnight then reconnect it and it should be fixed.
