Default Headlight aiming

The headlights on my 2019 RX-350 needs adjustment. On high beam at highway speed (75mph) I feel I am outrunning the headlights. The need to reach out further. Can someone tell me the proper procedure for headlight aiming on this model?

There might be some youtubes showing the procedure but in the meantime here is what your manual says:

YouTube it and it's also in the owners manual.

I adjusted mine few years ago and made a huge difference.

Here is the thread that discusses this topic ad nauseum but only if you have the triple beams. My contribution is towards the bottom since it appears that the housing design, especially the adjustment cogs were redesigned towards the latter end of this particular generation. If it is, then you can access the cogs by hand without removing the cover.

In addition to the "how to's" above, I got my best result (non-triple beam), starting with the factory setting, by raising the passenger side aim just a little bit higher than the driver side. I only did a couple turns on each, then tested it on the garage door, then another turn or two on the passenger side, and stop. In five years of driving the car, I've only been flashed one time, so apparently it is not too high for the 99%.
