is it high mileage? cuz i know theres a tsb for rx going over bump making noises for the rear trailing arm

60000 miles,checked at 2 Lexus dealership, they all said can't replicate the noise

Yes，I did，Technician noticed the noise on a road test,however, can't locate where it's coming from

Same thing happened with my GS350. The tech heard the noise during road test. He said it could be a strut mount.
Replace the struts and strut mounts. Noise went away. The car had 130K miles at the time.
