Started my car this after dinner . The display immediately had these warning messages:
Secondary Collision Brake System Malfunction. Visit Your Dealer. Check AWD. Visit Your Dealer.
Check engine light symbol is activated.
There are no headlights or signal for the leftside of the car.
Has anyone experienced the same? It is a strange occurrence for a newish car. There are no rmp or acceleration issues car was always driving great. This is the first issue since purchasing.
Bring it back to the dealership STAT and get a full diagnosis, codes read and ECU debug under warranty. Get some free espresso and a nice loaner to drive around in, also.
I pulled over and parked and turned the car off and allowed the car to reset and turned back on and no alerts have come back up. I deleted my alert history and the car has been driving normal with no issues and no new alerts. Should I just chalk this up as a software glitch and forget about it? call my dealer? I am thinking if it does come up again I would definitely take it to the dealer but being that everything has been fine just let it go. Let me know your thoughts as I am thinking this is one of those ghost issues that has cleared itself. The same as many other cars that I have owned.
As long as it stay off, I wouldn't worry about it. If you take it to the dealer without the lights showing, they won't do anything.
Was it raining when this happened?
Yes, was a light drizzle and the roads were wet. I was going up a hill out of my housing plan and the car had a slight hesitation and the lights them came on.

I'm getting the same thing on my 21 rx350 fsport. There was an attempted theft on my car last night, thieves tried the headlamp hack. Taking my car into the dealership to get everything reconnected and hopefully the bodywork can be fitted back together. Second time this has happened to me in a year. Getting sick of this car, too much headache because of thefts.
