Default Loose chrome trim around pipe

While washing the car yesterday, I noticed the chrome trim around the muffler pipe on the driver's side was loose. I couldn't figure out what, if anything was missing,( e.g. push connector or bolt) so I just used some wire to tighten it to the bumper frame. Anyone have experience with this issue that could offer a more permanent fix?

Okay, I found the problem and fixed it. There is a screw with a 10mm (?) head that pushes a plastic square looking thing into a housing on the bumper and it had become dislodged. It took a bit of determination, but I finallly got it tight. I suspect a previous owner backed into something that dislodged it.
I took a photo of the location of the screw on the off chance someone else has the same issue on the forum.

Sorry that you can't see the screw, but hopefully I gave you enough things that surround it.
