2018 RX50 - when the ignition is in the "On" (not start) position, there is a buzzing/humming sound coming from under the hood. Audio is attached. Might have to turn up the sound a bit to hear it. Its not super loud and I never noticed it when inside the car but it is audible when outside the car. Anyone know what it is and if it is normal?

 

It sounds like the windshield washer is stuck in the "on" position. Go into the fuse box under the hood and start pulling fuses until the noise stops.
