Is the color under the hood different?
I just bought a 3rd gen Lexus, I drove it and ran Carfax on it with no issues. At home I popped the hood and notice the color is different. Is this normal with these cars or something else is going on?
The car is black but under the hood I see the beige color. Is this normal?

I looked at some repair videos on Youtube, looks to be normal. Most cars have the engine cover which mine does not which is why it stood out to me

Not normal. Should be the same colour as your car.

Absolutely not true. That picture is exactly what my 2015 looks like. Exact same putty color up near the radiator. That is normal.

You are correct. Mine is also that "putty" color up front. My comment was on the massive amounts of overspray all over the radiator support..

So Lexus got stingy with their paint at the factory? Yet another cost-cutting decision that proves the build quality ain't what it used to be....

Mine's a Made in Japan unit and it's the same. Definitely not a repair job. It's all under the shroud anyway, so out of sight... means it won't trigger my OCD.
